Shipping policy

Orders placed before 23:59 (GMT+2) are processed and shipped the next business day, except for made-to-order items. 

We offer free standard shipping, which typically takes:

  • EU: Most orders are delivered within 3–8 business days from our European warehouses. Shipping is included.

  • UK: Deliveries typically take 4–10 business days. Shipping is included. Please note that UK VAT and customs fees are NOT included and will be collected by the courier at delivery.

Delivery times can vary slightly depending on your location, busy periods, or carrier delays. Make sure your shipping address is correct, we can’t change it once your order is on its way.

Lost Orders / Shipping Notice:

Customers must provide a correct shipping address. If a package is lost due to our error, we will replace it or issue a refund.

Door-to-door or pickup points?

Depending on where you are, your order may be delivered straight to your door or to a nearby pickup point. Here’s the current setup:

  • Door-to-door: Belgium, Germany, Ireland, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Slovenia, and the UK.

  • Pickup points: All other countries. Large items are delivered directly to your door.

  • Exceptions: If there’s no pickup point within 5 km, your order will be delivered to your door.

Who handles the delivery?

Your order may be delivered by DPD, DHL, USPS, FedEx, UPS, Omniva, PostNord, or Posti, depending on your location and which warehouse it ships from.
