Refund policy

We want you to love your new bag! If something isn’t right, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order (for eligible orders).

Please note: Items should be unused, in their original condition, with all tags, barcodes, and packaging intact. Handbags should be returned in their original packaging. Avoid perfume, makeup, oils, or other substances while trying on your item, as these can leave marks on leather or vegan leather.


EU Customers


Returns are fully accepted within 14 days. We cover all return shipping costs - simply use the prepaid label we provide.

To start a return, email hello@shopmavique.com with your order number and the item you’d like to return. We’ll send the prepaid label and instructions. Refunds are issued to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the item, usually within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges are treated as returns. Simply return your original item and place a new order for the replacement.


UK Customers


Due to UK VAT regulations and cross-border shipping logistics, we cannot accept returns from UK orders at this time.

Please double-check your order before confirming your purchase. If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at hello@shopmavique.com and we’ll work with you to find a solution. We appreciate your understanding and are exploring ways to make UK returns possible in the future.
